About Jezner

Back in 1999, I moved to Los Angeles in hopes of working in the film industry. At that time, I made a small indie film that I hoped it would open doors (it didn’t). During that time, I did a lot of computer work to pay the bills.

I created a simple web site and named it Jezner. It originally worked as a calling card for my film, but slowly morphed and changed with my interests. Here’s it started:

It would take many different appearances. From the wild west:

To pulp noir:

The thing that kept people coming back was my old time radio collection. I used to post new shows every week. I ultimately automated the system so people kept visiting.

At that time, it was really hard to find old time radio shows outside of buying overpriced collections at bookstores. Now, you can find any show you are looking for by heading over to the Internet Archive.

A few years back, I removed all downloads from the site and just used it as an infrequent blogging platform.

Today, the site is used a collection of my writing and various work while also providing services such as Twine tutorials and the return of old time radio shows.

Thank you for staying with me these past twenty years. I wonder what the next twenty years will bring.
